This website is operated by Qutub Khan, a salesperson registered with the Council for Estate Agencies, CEA Registration No. R071605Z, working under PropNex Realty Pte Ltd, Estate Agent Licence No. L3008022J. Contact me at qutub.khan@propnex.com or +65 8033 2153.
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, your mobile number or email address, and the details you choose to give me about your property situation. There are no accounts and no logins. The calculators on this site run entirely in your browser, and the figures you enter are never sent to me or stored anywhere.
To respond to your enquiry, to prepare the analysis or consultation you asked for, and to follow up on that enquiry. That is the whole purpose. I do not add you to a general marketing list, and I do not sell, rent or trade your details with anyone.
Every form on this site asks you to tick a box consenting to be contacted by phone, SMS or WhatsApp about your enquiry. It is never pre-ticked. Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, that consent is what allows me to contact a number that may be listed on the Do Not Call Registry, and only in relation to what you asked about.
You can withdraw consent at any time by messaging or emailing me. I will stop contacting you and delete your details on request. Withdrawing consent will not affect anything I have already done for you.
Form submissions are handled by Netlify, which hosts this website, and are forwarded to my email. Netlify processes data on servers outside Singapore. I keep enquiry records only for as long as they remain relevant to your enquiry or as required for my professional obligations as a registered salesperson.
This site uses Google Fonts to load typefaces, Instagram to embed videos, and Google reCAPTCHA to stop automated spam on the forms. These services may collect technical information such as your IP address under their own privacy policies. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
You can ask me what personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email qutub.khan@propnex.com and I will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with how I have handled your data, you may raise it with the Personal Data Protection Commission.
